Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RecJet Technologies ([CONFIRM: registered legal entity name and entity type]) ("RecJet", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects and shares information through Marine Ad AI, our marketing software platform for recreational boat dealerships (the "Service").

Marine Ad AI is a business-to-business service. It is intended for use by boat dealerships and their authorized staff, not by consumers.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When a dealership account is created we collect the user's name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account through our authentication provider.

Dealership information. Dealership name, address, city, state, phone, website, logo, brand colors, operating markets and target radius, marketing preferences, monthly media plan and budget settings, and dealer profile answers entered in the Service.

Inventory information. Boat listings including year, manufacturer, model, category, price, stock number, descriptions and photos, whether entered manually, uploaded, or synchronized from an inventory provider that the dealership has connected.

Advertising and campaign information. Campaign drafts, generated ad copy and creative, selected audiences and buyer personas, proposed budgets, geographic targeting, campaign status, recommendation feedback, and calendar events.

Lead and inquiry information. When someone completes the public demo request or 60-second assessment forms, we collect the information submitted, such as name, dealership name, email, phone, website, number of locations, inventory size, systems used and assessment answers.

Technical and usage information. IP address (used for sign-in security and abuse prevention), authentication cookies, and product usage analytics described in Section 5.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate and secure the Service, including authentication and account recovery emails.
  • To generate marketing recommendations, campaign copy and creative for the dealership's own inventory.
  • To display local market context such as weather and verified local events near the dealership.
  • To respond to demo requests, assessments and support inquiries.
  • To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use dealership data to advertise to consumers on our own behalf.

3. Google User Data

Current use. Marine Ad AI currently uses Google only for optional sign-in. Through Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your Marine Ad AI account and display your name and picture within the Service. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Ads or other Google account data at this time.

Future Google Ads connections. Marine Ad AI does not currently connect to Google Ads. If we offer a Google Ads connection in the future, it will only be activated when an authorized dealership user explicitly grants permission through Google's consent screen. In that case, Google user data accessed through Google APIs would be used only to provide the advertising features the dealership requested, such as creating, managing and reporting on that dealership's own campaigns, and this Policy will be updated before that connection becomes available to describe the specific data and permissions involved.

Limited Use. Marine Ad AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not use Google user data for serving unrelated advertising, will not sell it, will not use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine learning models, and will not allow humans to read it except with your affirmative consent, where necessary for security or legal compliance, or for internal operations in aggregated and anonymized form.

You may revoke Marine Ad AI's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Permissions and Connected Services

Some features rely on connections the dealership chooses to configure, such as an inventory feed or a dealer co-op advertising program. We access these services only with the dealership's authorization and only for the purpose of providing the related feature. Generating a campaign in Marine Ad AI does not publish it to any advertising platform.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising connections are not currently active in the Service. If enabled in the future, they will require explicit authorization by the dealership and this Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Hosting, database and file storage providers that store account, dealership, inventory and campaign data and uploaded images.
  • An authentication provider that handles optional Google sign-in.
  • An email delivery provider used for transactional emails such as password resets.
  • AI model providers (which may include OpenAI, Anthropic and Google) that process inventory and dealership details submitted to generate campaign copy and recommendations.
  • PostHog, a product analytics provider that records how pages of the Service are used.
  • Tavily, a search provider used to discover potential local marine events based on the dealership's market location.
  • Open-Meteo, a weather and geocoding provider that receives the dealership's city or location to return local weather.
  • Inventory and co-op advertising providers that the dealership has chosen to connect, such as an MTM inventory feed or Marine Dealer Connect.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of RecJet, our customers or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. [CONFIRM: list of any additional subprocessors and their locations]

6. How We Store and Protect Information

Each dealership's data is kept in a separate tenant workspace and access is restricted to that dealership's authorized users and RecJet administrators. Passwords are hashed, sign-in sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies transmitted over HTTPS, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are limited.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data storage location: [CONFIRM: country or region where data is hosted]

7. Data Retention

We retain account, dealership, inventory and campaign data while the dealership's account is active. [CONFIRM: retention period after account closure and for demo request, assessment and log data]

8. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

Dealership users can edit dealership details and delete individual inventory items, campaigns and calendar events within the Service.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or dealership data, email recjetmedia@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account. We may need to verify your identity and authority to act for the dealership. We will respond within [CONFIRM: response timeline].

Deleting data from Marine Ad AI does not delete data you have separately provided to third-party platforms you connected.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes affecting Google user data will be made before any new use takes effect.
